Ramon Bueno - Remedial Massage Therapist 

Ramon is a Remedial Massage Therapist with more than 10 years of clinical experience helping people improve movement, reduce pain and restore function.

His treatment approach combines Remedial Massage, Fascial Therapy and Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) to address movement restrictions, postural dysfunction and musculoskeletal pain. Ramon has a particular interest in understanding how fascial restrictions influence mobility, pain and overall body function.

He believes that effective treatment should focus not only on symptoms but also on the underlying factors contributing to pain and dysfunction. His treatments are tailored to each client's goals, combining hands-on therapy with movement-based approaches to support long-term results.

Ramon has experience working with a wide variety of conditions and has a particular interest in:

• Neck and shoulder pain

• Frozen shoulder

• Carpal tunnel syndrome, including pregnancy-related presentations

• Low back and hip pain

• Postural dysfunction

• Post-surgical recovery, including hip arthroplasty rehabilitation

• Fascial restrictions affecting movement and function

• Functional abdominal and gastrointestinal complaints addressed through fascial and manual therapy approaches

Ramon has also completed further training in CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation and enjoys integrating these approaches when appropriate. He has a particular interest in supporting nervous system regulation and working with children and individuals with sensory and neurodevelopmental challenges.
