Alexandra Harris brings compassion and expertise to her work as a Myotherapist at Motion Myotherapy. She completed an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and Diploma of Remedial Massage at RMIT, with a original background in Bachelor of Fine Art Printmaking from the Victorian College of the Arts. Through caring for her chronically ill mother, Alexandra discovered a passion for understanding the body and helping people manage pain and dysfunction.

She has particular interest in treating chronic pain, nerve entrapment issues, and TMJ dysfunction. Her goal with every patient is to help them feel comfortable under her care while creating customised treatment plans to get them back to cherished activities. She employs modalities like myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisation, and corrective exercises/stretches.
